Captain Marty has a valid United States Coast Guard 100 ton USCG license. As a condition of the USCG license, he and the captains he works with are required to take random drug tests when requested. Marty also holds a Lake Havasu City business license and carries commercial insurance. Marty has a passion for the Lake and the Colorado River and all the beauty they have to offer.
