DEPOSITS

  •  A deposit of 100.00 dollars is required to hold all reservations.

  • Cash , check, and credit card are accepted. A 4% fee will be added to all credit card transactions.

  • Deposits are deducted from the final payment.

  • All deposits are fully refunded if the trip is cancelled by Channel Catz for any reason.

  • Deposits are fully refunded if the trip is cancelled by the customer with notice given 72 hours or more in advance.

 

TIME

  • We start our day based on your schedule. That time can start at six o clock in the morning, and any time up until 5:30 in the afternoon if you are doing the sunset cruise. 

  • We typically are off the water by dusk unless their is a prior agreement.  

  • Waiver agreement are required for all cruises.

  • If you need to change your start time please let us know the night before. Once we head to the water your time starts ready or not.

CANCELLATION POLICY​

  • Deposits will not be refunded with less than 72 hours notice.

  • Channel Catz will not go on the water if the conditions are considered dangerous to passengers and guests. Deposits will be refunded. 

  • If the boat develops mechanical problems and the trip has to be cancelled, deposits will be refunded. .

 

DAMAGES

  • Passengers will be charged for damages to boat or equipment resulting from unreasonable activities. i.e. unnecassary roughness.

 

SMOKING

 

  • Smoking is prohibited on the boat at all times
