Terms/Conditions
Your Captain ~ Marty Ennis ~ is a 100-ton USCG licensed captain.
Deposits

A deposit of 200.00 dollars is required to hold all reservations.

Cash, Venmo, Zelle, and credit cards are accepted. A 3% fee will be added to all credit card transactions. However, there are no fees for Venmo, Zelle, and cash payments.

Deposits are deducted from the final payment.

All deposits are fully refunded if the trip is cancelled by Channel Catz for any reason.

Deposits are fully refunded if the trip is cancelled by the customer with notice given 72 hours or more in advance.
Time

All charters, 4 hours or under, have morning and afternoon start times. Times may change based on the season.

If you charter for 5 or more hours you may pick your start and stop time. We start our day based on your schedule. That time can start at six o-clock in the morning, and any time up until 5:30pm in the afternoon if you are doing the sunset cruise.

We typically are off the water by dusk unless their is a prior agreement.

A waiver agreement is required for all cruises.

If you need to change your start time please let us know the night before. Once we head to the water your time starts ready or not.
Cancellation Policy

Channel Catz will not go on the water if the conditions are considered dangerous to passengers and guests, and your deposit will be refunded.

Refunds are 100% if cancellation is 5 days or more, or unforeseen circumstances, such as mechanical problems, weather, or any closure of the waterways arise.

There is no refund for late or "no show" bookings, if customers actions has created a safety issue, any actions that violate state and federal law, or the termination of the charter by the captain(s) for unsafe conditions.

Time starts as specified based on the reservation period.

If times need to be changed the captain needs to be notified prior to the day of the charter.

​Customer will incur extra charges for any damages as a result of unnecessary/unreasonable activities.
Smoking
-
Boats and interiors tend to burn quickly. With this said, absolutely NO open flames of any kind are allowed on the boat at any time. This includes cigarettes, cigars, and any open flame smoking devices.
