Your Captain - Marty Ennis - is a member of the Lake Havasu City Marine Association.
DEPOSITS

A deposit of 100.00 dollars is required to hold all reservations.

Cash , check, and credit card are accepted. A 4% fee will be added to all credit card transactions.

Deposits are deducted from the final payment.

All deposits are fully refunded if the trip is cancelled by Channel Catz for any reason.

Deposits are fully refunded if the trip is cancelled by the customer with notice given 72 hours or more in advance.
time

We start our day based on your schedule. That time can start at six o clock in the morning, and any time up until 5:30 in the afternoon if you are doing the sunset cruise.

We typically are off the water by dusk unless their is a prior agreement.

Waiver agreement are required for all cruises.

If you need to change your start time please let us know the night before. Once we head to the water your time starts ready or not.
cancellation policy

Deposits will not be refunded with less than 72 hours notice.

Channel Catz will not go on the water if the conditions are considered dangerous to passengers and guests. Deposits will be refunded.

If the boat develops mechanical problems and the trip has to be cancelled, deposits will be refunded. .
-
Passengers will be charged for damages to boat or equipment resulting from unreasonable activities. i.e. unnecassary roughness.
